Update 02/03/2025: Following the completion of the recovery process we discovered that a small portion of the files had been corrupted. Under normal circumstances this would not pose a significant issue as the affected files can be re-downloaded. However any attempt to access one of these damaged files causes the system to hang blocking all access entirely. 
We are currently in the process of identifying and removing all corrupted files. Unfortunately I am unable to provide an estimated time of completion at this stage.
Current Status: All Servers (updates will be posted as the situation develops)
  • Our storage cluster is experiencing severe issues and is currently operating in recovery mode
  • Intermittent access blockages are affecting all clients; the Emby servers become unresponsive under these conditions and require a reboot to restore functionality. The servers are available for use, but please be prepared for potential outages
  • Our team is actively working to resolve the storage system issues and restore stability
  • Content downloads have been suspended until the situation is resolved
We have activated our backup server, which is located in Europe and operates on an entirely separate storage system. Please note that the media library is more limited, and streaming speeds may vary depending on your location. The server is currently indexing the latest content, so if the episode you're looking for isn't available yet, please allow some time for it to appear.
 
  • How to add yourself to the backup emby server:
    • goto https://em.myflix.cc and login (use WHMCS and the credentials you use at dash.flixshark.net )
    • select My Services on the lower left
    • select Extra Servers
    • find the emx emby server and click Invite Me
    • enter a password for the backup server (and note your username)
    • if you have an emby connect address connected to your account you will receive an invitation email and you do not have to login manually
    • connect your client to https://emx.myflix.cc , port 443
    • enter your username and the password you entered above
